East Work Construction introduced the PERI system — marking the first structured deployment of advanced formwork systems in North India.
Conventional shuttering methods were limiting slab cycle speed, finish quality, and cost efficiency.
A detailed evaluation of site performance identified major gaps in cycle time, labour dependency, and material wastage.
PERI systems were implemented to transition from labour-intensive execution to engineered, repeatable construction processes.
Three PERI systems were deployed across projects:
- Handset Alpha - vertical elements (columns, walls)
- Gridflex - slab systems with faster cycling capability
- Multiflex - beam bottoms and complex geometries
This integration transformed execution from conventional practices to system-led construction with measurable outputs.
